What started out as painting to jazz ten years ago while living in New Orleans, I was then influenced by the oil rig explosion in the gulf of Mexico. Just reinvigorating it this month (March, 2021) brought back a mix of emotions relating to our pandemic. It's lurking and life is chaotic but there's jubilance because human nature will win in the end.
